VOS TRIBAL COUNCIL RESUMES MONTHLY MEETING SCHEDULE

The Tribal Council is back on schedule with our monthly tribal council meetings which are the 3rd Thursday of each month for the rest of 2020, excluding December. At our May 26th meeting, our first order of  business was to approve an employee and workplace safety policy specifically addressing the Coronavirus pandemic. Though our office remains closed to the public, staff are available by phone and email. In order to minimize contact and practice social distancing, all of our tribe’s business matters are handled by phone, email and USPS mail only until further notice.  For distribution of any VOS issued checks such as meeting stipends, or, reimbursement for hunting support or school supplies, all checks will be mailed.

There will not be any in person meetings until further notice.  Tribal members are always welcome to attend telephonically.  Please send an email to president@villageofsolomon.org to confirm your attendance and an agenda and teleconference information will be forwarded to you.
