BOOSTER INCENTIVE EXTENSION

VOS Council had a meeting last night and a Booster incentive extension has been granted to those that did not get boosted by the deadline. We will not host a drawing with a cash prize, but we will honor the $1000 for booster vaccination records submitted by May 30th, 2023.

To receive your incentive,

  • You must be an enrolled VOS tribal citizen,

  • You must have a vaccination record proving the booster with name, dates

  • You did not already receive the incentive

  • Please send an updated mailing address
