UPDATE ON SOLOMON'S ANNUAL ELECTIONS

Solomon tribal membership please note dates of change due to slow delivery of mail. Hopefully by now you should’ve received your absentee ballot in the mail. VOS will be drawing one (1) name for $500 each for absentee ballots received by November 1st and two (2) names for $500 each for absentee ballots received by November 5th Please sign your name in the return address portion, this is required in order to be counted and verified by the election judge and this is also how your name will be entered into the drawing. Your absentee ballots will remain sealed until our election judge opens and reviews all absentee ballots received and in accordance with our elections ordinance.

All absentee ballots received by November 13th will have a chance to win a door prize of $500 dollars! And, assuming we have a quorum, there will be 3 names drawn for $500 each at the conclusion of the annual meeting. The names from the November 1st and 5th drawings will also be included in this drawing too. Checks will be issued for a total of six winners only after the election judge has verified each absentee ballot on Friday November 13. Winners will be announced during the annual meeting.

If you did not receive an absentee ballot in the mail, please let me know ASAP. We have received multiple "returned mail" due to bad addresses or "unable to forward".
